Do I need to charge it?
No, and that's the best part. There's no battery to charge or replace. Plug it into the included 24V adapter and it's ready whenever you are.
How does it fit?
The adjustable velcro straps let you set your own snug fit, and the wrap measures about 33 in wide.
How do I use it safely?
Wear it over clothing, never on bare skin. Start on the lowest level. Unplug it when you finish, and do not sleep in it. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition or have reduced feeling in your skin, ask your doctor first.
Is it easy to clean?
Yes. Unplug it and give it a quick wipe with a damp cloth, with no laundry day needed. Keep it out of the washing machine.
Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free on every US order. Delivery usually takes about 10–16 days.
What if it's not for me?
You have 30 days from delivery to return it. Just email us first. If your wrap arrives damaged or faulty, send us a photo and we will replace or refund it.
